Ingredients of Spicy Seer Fry

  • 6 seer fish
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli
  • 3 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  • water as required
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • refined oil as required

Step 1 Whisk the marinade

To make this simple recipe, just take a large bowl and add lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, spices and whisk it well. In the meantime, wash, clean and pat dry this fish.

Step 2 Marinate the fish

Next, marinate the fish in the spicy marinade and refrigerate for sometime. Next, prepare a flowy batter with water, besan, rice flour, salt and pepper.

Step 3 Fry and enjoy!

Heat the oil in a pan and once the oil turn hot, reduce the flame. Dip the marinated fish in the batter and fry. Flip the sides till the fish is cooked properly and enjoy.
